Misa is a very special girl with a story of resilience.

Misa was surrendered just one day before she was scheduled to be euthanized, and we were grateful to give her the second chance she deserved. Soon after arriving, we discovered she was diabetic, but with proper care, she has blossomed into a sweet, affectionate cat. She takes her twice-daily insulin like a champ and enjoys her special diet.

Misa loves cuddling, soaking up attention, and lounging in sunny windows watching “Bird TV.” While she occasionally plays with her silvervine toy, her favorite thing is simply being close to you. She can get overstimulated, so she would do best in a quiet, patient, adult-only home. It’s unknown how she feels about other pets.

With love and patience, Misa will be a loyal and loving companion.
