Misa

DOB 3/2/2014

DSH, White & Black

Female/Spayed

Misa is a very special girl with a story of resilience. She was surrendered just one day before she was scheduled to be euthanized, and we were honored to give her the second chance she so deserved. Shortly after arriving, we learned she was diabetic, and with proper care and treatment, she blossomed into a completely different cat. Misa takes her twice-daily insulin like a champ, enjoys her special diet, and has shown us just how sweet, affectionate, and loving she truly is.

This gentle girl adores cuddling with her people and soaking up attention, though she also enjoys lounging in sunny windows and watching “bird TV.” Every now and then, she’ll bat around her favorite silvervine toy, but her greatest joy is being close to her humans. Because she can become overstimulated, Misa would thrive best in a quiet, patient home where she can relax and feel safe. She has only ever been an only kitty, so it’s unknown how she would do with other pets. Due to her sensitivity, she is best suited for an adult-only household. With love and patience, Misa promises to be the most loyal and affectionate companion.
