Found on the cold streets of Milwaukee in wintertime, Bliss and her kittens were brought to safety.

On the shyer side at first, Bliss’s sweet and gentle nature shines through once she’s gotten to know you. Bliss adores receiving pets and will reward you with a loud, happy purr. Her favorite thing is a cozy nap in a covered cubby or curled up in a warm, comfy bed, though she does enjoy a good play session with a wand toy now and again.

Bliss is sensitive to loud noises and quick movements, so a quiet home with a patient family who will help her on her journey will be best for her. She does well with other cats (and may be okay with a calm dog), but children must be older and respectful of her space.

Medical note: Bliss came to us with an eye infection that has caused occasional swelling of her upper right eyelid. She responded well to treatment but may need eye drops during flare-ups. She also takes an immune support supplement twice daily in a squeeze-up treat which has helped her tremendously.
