Candy was transferred to us from our partner, Humane Society of Waupaca, after her previous owner was no longer able to care for her. She can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but with a little time and patience, her true personality begins to shine. Once she feels comfortable, Candy shows off her playful and silly side, bringing smiles to everyone around her.

Candy does well with other cats and would likely adjust well to a calm dog with a proper introduction. She could also do well in a home with children, as long as they are gentle and respectful of her space. Candy is looking for a loving home where she can feel safe, settle in at her own pace, and enjoy lots of playtime and affection
