Meet Penelope!

Penelope is a resilient little lovebug who made her way from the Humane Society of Waupaca after starting life as a stray, and she hasn’t let anything slow her down since. After a tail injury that led to a small portion being amputated, she’s healed beautifully and carries on like nothing ever happened-because, honestly, she’s too busy soaking up affection.

This sweet girl is the definition of “people cat,” always ready for attention, snuggles, and a good blanket to burrow under for a cozy nap. When she’s not exploring her surroundings with gentle curiosity, she’s likely glued to your side or making biscuits in a soft hiding spot. Social and easygoing, Penelope gets along well with other cats and would likely thrive in a home with respectful kids and possibly a calm dog who understands her mellow, affectionate vibe.
