Meet Carmel!

Meet Carmel, your future queen of cozy! This sweet, mellow girl came to us from the Humane Society of Waupaca when her owner could no longer care for her. Carmel believes life is best spent lounging in a sunny spot, curling up in a comfy lap, and enjoying the simple things. She’s a quiet, easygoing lady who isn’t looking for drama, just a peaceful place to call home. She gets along with other cats and could do well with respectful dogs who give her space. She’s also good with kids! Carmel recently had a full medical workup, including labwork and a dental cleaning, and this healthy old lady is doing great! She does have a healing abscess on the left side of her face that we’re treating, and she’s not a fan of having her face touched. If you’re looking for a laid-back companion to keep you company and share some sunny afternoon snuggles, Carmel might just be your girl!
