Maizy was transferred to us from our partner Feline Canine Friends after being found as a stray alongside her three siblings. Of the group, Maizy has been the shyest, but she has blossomed beautifully with time, patience, and the right motivation—especially when treats are involved! She’s the kind of cat who will quietly observe the room before jumping in to play, especially when it comes to her favorite spinning track ball toys. Once she feels safe, her sweet and gentle nature shines through.

Maizy absolutely loves being petted and will often drift off into a cozy nap after a good cuddle session. While she’s still not a fan of loud noises, she’s becoming more confident every day. Her calm and thoughtful demeanor would make her a wonderful companion in a quieter home with other friendly cats, respectful children, and maybe even a mellow dog. With love and patience, Maizy is sure to become a devoted and affectionate member of the family.
