Evelyn and Felix are a sweet, bonded mother and son pair who came to us from our partner, the Humane Society of Waupaca, after their previous owner could no longer care for them. Both are initially shy and submissive, but once they settle in, their loving and gentle personalities begin to shine. Evelyn is the quiet observer—graceful and serene—while Felix brings a playful energy to the room, especially when toys are involved. Despite his perpetually cranky expression, Felix is a sweetheart at heart and enjoys attention just as much as his mom.

Though still learning to fully embrace attention, both Evelyn and Felix enjoy being petted and are blossoming more each day in a calm, patient environment. They would thrive in a home with other friendly cats and could do well with a calm dog who respects their space. Because they are sensitive to loud noises and sudden movements, they would do best with older children who can give them the gentle care they need. With a little time and a lot of love, this special duo will become loyal, affectionate companions.
